Easy Going Yoga Fall Session starts October 12, in Rockland.
Easy Going Yoga - designed with the mature student in mind, but suitable for anyone looking to take a gentle mid-day class. During this one hour class we'll stretch, strengthen, breathe and relax, while improving posture and body alignment.
This class will accommodate those happy working from the floor, a chair, any combination thereof.
This class is offered through the Journey to Health program offered through Pen Bay and Waldo County Hospital. Registration must be made through their offices.

This class is for folks with yoga experience, as it is more in keeping with my own practice. It is by no means a power yoga class, nor hot, nor acrobatic and no goats, just a sweet steady class with some challenges I don't teach during the week. The invitation remains always to take care of yourselves, so you can dial it up, or dial it down to support YOUR practice.
Class will include pranayama, meditation, asana (including sun salutations, always modifiable) and a final relaxation.
I do this class in 4 to 8-week sessions a number of times per year, so this is not an ongoing class. Please let me know via an email if you'd like to come, or call 691-9677.
