Tips/Policies:

* Please log on to Zoom a few minutes before the class begins to ensure your connection/video/mic/sound settings are all working. If you prefer to keep your camera off during class, that is fine, but I like to know you are fine at the end of the class!

*Collecting whatever props you have available at home before class time will help you transition smoothly from one pose to another. We use blocks, blankets, straps, chairs, bolsters - you can get creative with an old necktie, legs up the wall or bed, or over the couch, a hard pillow or two can substitute.

*Classes can be paid for individually, or in bulk - your choice - thank you for prompt payment. I am invoicing via QuickBooks and / or PayPal. Checks are also welcome and can be mailed to PO Box 227, Port Clyde, ME 04855.

*If the economy of the moment makes attending classes a hardship, please be in touch. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
