Easy Going Yoga has been offered now for 5 years now, through the Coastal Healthcare Alliance. The class, sponsored by PenBay Medical Center and Waldo County General Hospital, has offered the mature student a chance to practice yoga from a mat, and/or a chair. Lately, folks can join the class from the comfort of their own home. After so many years, we thought we’d offer a class for new students (Intro) and a class for folks who’d like to progress their practice (Level 2).
