Zumba GOLD focuses on muscle conditioning, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and balance. Dance to the rhythm of international sounds designed to raise your pulse while improving range of motion & coordination. Exercise really can be fun!

This  low-impact class is appropriate for beginners, seniors, and / or de-conditioned students (and everyone else, because it tends to break a sweat and a smile). Wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear that can swivel laterally. Bring water and a towel,  and light hand-held weights if you have them. No greater than 3 pounds.

I do recommend trying the class at least three  times to get a feel for the steps and class design. Don't be shy, beginners are welcome. 

Come SHAKE what your Momma gave you and bring her too. I do!

This class accommodates Every Body and is suitable for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.

You can expect this class to combine the fundamentals of breath-work (pranayama), with flows for opening and invigorating the body, as well as covering the building blocks of yoga poses (asana), working on leg strength, posture and creating awareness in the body and a quiet of the mind.

The BOMB. We could all use skills to combat the flight or fight pace of life these days and Chair Yoga teaches you to take the gifts of yoga back to your armchair, office chair, lawn chair, throne....

Mostly, I see folks in this class for whom getting up and down off the floor is now prohibited, but folks looking for relief from too many hours at an office desk are also welcome, as are summer guests, friends and family.

Everyone can benefit from this class that uses the support of a chair to move through stretching and strengthening movements. Plus, who doesn't love to be taken through a guided visualization to soothe the soul?!  ALL are Welcome!

End the workday with a restorative flow designed to get rid of the kinks, knots and tensions of a day spent at a desk, on the phone, chasing family appointments, or simply being weighed down by the pace of contemporary living.

Come let it all slide off. We will use poses (asana), and breath (pranyama) and a deep relaxation meditation to soothe the central nervous system. Yes, it would be nice to do this every night of the week! It's YUMMY.
